Where Coaching Can Help

Your Coaching Options

Every journey with ADHD is different — that’s why I offer online flexible packages to suit where you are right now, whether you need focused short-term support or an ongoing space to keep building on progress.

One-to-One Online Coaching Packages

All packages include personalised, one-to-one coaching sessions tailored to your goals — plus support between sessions via WhatsApp or email, so you’re never navigating things alone in the gaps.

Session Information

All coaching sessions are 60 minutes and take place online via Zoom, usually on a weekly or fortnightly basis.

Payment for single sessions is required in full at the time of booking to secure your appointment. Coaching packages are payable in full before the first session. Please note that coaching sessions are non-refundable once they have taken place. Any cancellations or rescheduling are subject to the coaching agreement.

If needed, sessions can be paused by arrangement.

  • 3-session package: All sessions must be completed within 3 months of purchase.

  • 6-session and 8-session packages: All sessions must be completed within 6 months of purchase.

  • Monthly maintenance sessions: These sessions are designed to provide ongoing support and help you maintain the progress you have made. To ensure you continue to benefit from this continuity, sessions should be booked every 4-6 weeks. If more than 6 weeks has elapsed since your last maintenance session, any future sessions will be charged at the standard coaching rate.

  • Between-session support: Coaching doesn’t end when our session does. During your block of 3–8 sessions (monthly maintenance sessions don’t include this), you’ll have brief WhatsApp or email support for quick questions, accountability, or guidance as you put strategies into practice. I reply within 2 business days during working hours.

This is for short check‑ins and encouragement — deeper work always happens in your scheduled sessions.

Concessionary Slots

I offer a small number of concessionary places for clients who would benefit from coaching but aren’t currently able to access the full fee. If that’s you, you’re welcome to get in touch and we can explore what might be possible.

Access to Work: Practical Support for ADHD at Work

Access to Work is a UK Government grant that provides practical support for people with ADHD (and other conditions) to start well, stay well, and thrive in their jobs. It’s run by the Department for Work and Pensions, it isn’t means‑tested, and there’s nothing to repay.

The grant can cover things like specialist support, assistive technology, and workplace adjustments. You don’t need a formal ADHD diagnosis to apply, and it’s open to employees, contractors, the self‑employed, and people starting new roles.

How I can Help

I make Access to Work feel manageable by helping you understand your eligibility, shape a clear description of how ADHD affects you at work, navigate the Workplace Needs Assessment, and get started once your award is approved.

You bring your lived experience; I help you turn it into a confident application and practical support that genuinely makes work easier.

Please get in touch if you’d like to explore whether Access to Work could help you.
