OT‑Informed ADHD Coaching for Real Life

Occupational therapy–informed ADHD coaching to help you understand what makes everyday life feel difficult, develop personalised strategies, and move towards the things that matter to you.

Who This Is For

ADHD can show up differently in everyday life. You might be struggling with routines, getting started, organisation, work, parenting, relationships, household tasks, transitions or simply feeling overwhelmed by the demands of daily life.

You don’t need to fit a particular mould to benefit from support. Coaching starts with you - your experiences, your everyday life, the things that matter to you, and the environments you navigate.

Areas we might explore:

  • Home & everyday life

  • Work & productivity

  • Parenting & family life

  • Routines & time management

  • Organisation & executive functioning

  • Energy, wellbeing & meaningful activities

A woman with dark hair, wearing a green sweater, stands in a hallway with a brown shoulder bag. She appears to be looking down at a row of shoes and slippers scattered on the floor. A small brown dog is beside her, looking up at her. A coat hangs on a hook on the wall, and a white to-do list board is visible. There is a basket in the background and an open door to a room.

When starting feels hard, things get forgotten, and life feels overwhelming — it’s not a personal failing, and you don’t have to navigate it alone. See how coaching can help.‍ ‍

Why Coaching

ADHD isn’t a lack of willpower — it’s a different way of managing time, attention, and energy. Coaching gives you a space to understand how your brain actually works, and to build strategies that support it rather than fight against it. You get someone in your corner helping you stay accountable, make progress, and create change that lasts.

  • Practical, not theoretical — real strategies for real weeks, not just insight

  • Accountability that builds momentum — someone tracking progress with you

  • Judgment‑free support — a space to work with your ADHD, not against it

Why an OT‑Trained Coach Is Different

Many ADHD coaches focus on tools and tips. As an occupational therapist, I look at the whole picture:

  • The person - your strengths, needs, energy, experiences and preferences.

  • The occupation - what you want, need or are expected to do, and what the activity requires.

  • The environment - the physical, social, organisational context around you.

There isn’t always one thing that needs to change. We can explore what might help - whether that’s building on your strengths and skills, adapting the task, changing the environment, or approaching an activity differently.

Clinically grounded — my approach is informed by my Occupational Therapy training, professional experience and lived experience of ADHD, alongside evidence-informed practice.

My Approach

Neuroaffirming - I work with your brain, not against it — building on your strengths and creating sustainable ways around the friction points.

Clinically grounded - Everything I do is informed by occupational therapy principles and evidence‑based ADHD support, not trends or generic productivity hacks.

Whole‑life focused - I take a whole-life approach, understanding your roles, routines, energy and environment - and how they interact in everyday life.

What Working Together Looks Like

We start by getting clear on what matters to you and where life feels hardest — From there, we build practical, personalised strategies and adjust them as life shifts.

This isn’t a one‑size‑fits‑all programme. It’s collaborative, flexible, and shaped around your real life — not an idealised version of it.

My waiting list for November is now open - If you’re feeling ready to explore support, get in touch — no pressure, just a conversation.
