Accessibility Statement
Beyond the Overwhelm Last updated:05.08.26
As a service designed for people with ADHD, accessibility matters deeply to me — both on this website and in how I work with clients.
1. Our Commitment
I aim to make this website as easy to use as possible for all visitors, including those with ADHD, other neurodivergent conditions, and disabilities. I follow good practice inspired by the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG), including:
Clear, plain‑English content, broken into short sections and headings
Legible fonts, sufficient colour contrast, and uncluttered page layouts
Descriptive link text and image alt‑text where possible
Consistent, predictable navigation
2. Ongoing Work
This website is built on Squarespace, and I rely partly on Squarespace’s platform‑level accessibility features. Accessibility is an ongoing process, and I welcome feedback on areas that could be improved.
3. Adjustments for Coaching Sessions
If you need any adjustments to how coaching sessions are delivered — for example:
written summaries
extra processing time
session recordings
a different communication style
Please let me know. I’m happy to discuss what would work best for you.
4. Feedback
If you experience any difficulty using this website, or have suggestions for how it could be more accessible, please contact hello@beyondtheoverwhelm.com. I’ll aim to respond within 5 working days and address issues where I can.
